Lafferty Roofing is a great company to do business with. Miles Lafferty, the owner, is punctual and timely in meeting with clients and getting quotes prepared. He set a date to install our new roof and his 8 man crew was here exactly on time and worked non-stop until the job was finished. They cleaned up all the debris and ran a strong magnet around the house perimeter and in the yard to pick up all the nails. Very professional job. Reasonably priced and doing an excellent job

Miles and all the crew did a great job removing our skylights, and replacing with roofing shingles. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. They even had a worker on hand who was able to help us with some tree work. Even THAT went super well. I will definitely be calling them whenever the need arises, and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

Made a call and within 4hours a tree company was at my location to get 5 huge pines off of our house. They worked hard for 2 days to get us cleared. Miles has been here twice in 9 days in order to get our reconstruction started. Great experience so far.

Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because I couldn't give them 1/2 a star fir his crew leaving wood scraps in the yard and food scraps were my little fur babies could get it.

I used Lafferty roofing to replace my homes roof and it was a very pleasant experience. Miles was right on time giving the estimate and with the installation. His guys didnt have loud music blaring all day at my house and were done on time. They cleaned up good after themselves and the roof looks and functions great. Would highly recommend!

Miles went way out of his way to try to work with my mother-in-law and the insurance company to have the roof replaced. Even though Allstate has refused to replace the roof, it didn't stop Miles from battling with Allstate and going way beyond trying to help her. Eventually the roof will have to be replaced with or without Allstate help. Lafferty Roofing and Construction will do the job. Thanks, Miles!

Our roof, along with many others in town became damaged in a hailstorm. Several roofers were coming to the door looking for business but we didnt feel comfortable hiring just anyone. Lafferty Roofer was recommended to us by another professional we use. Miles, the owner, came out to our home personally, he inspected the damage, gave us an estimate and we set a date for the new roof to be installed. He was even able to get us a higher rated shingle than we had been looking at for a discounted rate which we greatly appreciated. A few days before they were scheduled to come out all of the materials arrived. On our replacement day the crew of six men showed up on time and got started right away. The guys were friendly, hardworking and clean. We have a fairly large roof and it turned out that the roof had three layers of felt that had to be removed. That takes more time, still in only two days they had everything done, the new roof completely installed, they repaired a section of the roof where the wood was damaged, installed the roof turbines, did all of the clean up. They hauled away all of the pieces from the old roof and even used magnetic sweepers to pick up any of the old roofing nails and such. Miles scheduled for an electrician to come out for us to replace one of our security lights that was damaged in the storm, and had one of the panes in one of our windows replaced that had also been broken in the storm. Really a full service job! Miles even dealt with our insurance company, submitting a supplemental claim for us to get some things covered that the insurance company should have included but hadnt. During the time that the work was in progress one of our neighbors came over to speak with the crew foreman. Our neighbor had just had his roof replaced last week. He asked the foreman why they were removing and replacing the felt. The foreman told him it was the only way to make sure that there was not more damage under the felt and that this was the correct way to replace a roof. The neighbor thanked him and called his roofer to come out to speak to him. After seeing our roof the neighbor was no longer happy with his roof and felt that his roofer had not done right by him. The last thing will be the gutters installation, which is scheduled in a few days. Even without that final touch the roof looks excellent. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism from Miles and the crew. We are very fortunate to have found a roofer with such integrity. We highly recommend Lafferty Roofing. You wont be disappointed.

I called Miles to make an appointment for an inspection of my roof and he was at my home the next day. We decided I needed a new roof and the job was completed within 8 days. They even painted my pipes and turbines to blend in with the new roof. I am extremely happy with the end result. I highly advise you to give them a shot. He is doing business like it should be done.
